  2. Invitation of Proposed Workshops begins as follows:

Proposed Workshops

  1. Several workshops will be selected from your proposals and included in the Program.
  2. Proposal may be made by any individuals belonging to IFCN Member Societies.
  3. The proposer is requested to select 3 or 4 speakers to form a session of 75 minutes long.
  4. Each proposal application should include the following information:
    (1) Proposed title of the workshop.
    (2) Proposer's name, affiliation, address and e-mail address.
    (3) 3 or 4 speakers: name, affiliation, address, e-mail address and tentative presentation titles. The proposer can be a speaker him-/her-self.
    (4) Aim, focus and significance of the workshop in 500 words or less.
  5. Deadline for submitting proposal is December 10, 2009.
  6. Evaluation and final selection of the applications will be made by the Program Committee.
  7. Accepted workshops will be notified by the end of December, 2009.
  8. Please avoid overlap with the sessions already listed in the program.
  9. The registration fee will be waived for the speakers of the proposed workshops, excluding domestic speakers. Furthermore, the proposers of the accepted workshops, if not yet invited to other sessions, will be awarded by an honorarium of 1,000 USD.
