2. How to reserve
Register and get a user ID and password. You need to obtain ID and password only once.
The same ID and password can be used for Hotel accommodation and Registration.
Hotel accommodation and Registration are run on and accepted through the same system.
Therefore to prevent possible system errors, do not open two windows at the same time and try to do registration and accommodation procedures respectively. Please process one at a time.
3. Closing date for applications
By October 8, 2010, Japan Standard Time (GMT+9) *
(*All registrations after Japan Standard Time 12:00am October 9, 2010 will not be processed)
4. Cancellations
If you cancel or change your reservation, please send the notice by fax or mail as soon as possible.
If you cancel the reservation, we will refund the amount of balance after deduction of the following cancellation fee.

| 2 to 7 days before the first night of stay | 20% of total room charge |
| 1 day before the first night of stay | 40% of total room charge |
