Participants wishing to make scientific contributions to ICCN2010 are invited to submit abstracts (maximum of two abstracts by one person) for poster presentations by April 21, 2010.
Note: Please select "1: Poster" for your session when you will submit your abstract online from the UMIN web site.

Notification of Acceptance
| 1) | All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee, and the committee will make the final decision of acceptance/rejection. |
| 2) | Accepted abstracts will be selected on the basis of scientific value and are entirely to the discretion of Organizing Committee. Results will be announced soon by e-mail as well as posted on the Congress website. NO acceptance letter will be air-mailed. |
Congress registration and final inclusion in the program
| 1) | All applicants whose papers are accepted should register and pay their registration fees by May 25, 2010. |
| 2) | Participants wishing to make scientific contributions are encouraged to register for ICCN2010 at the time of, or prior to, submitting their abstract. Submitted abstracts will be reviewed and accepted even if registration payment has not been received. However, final inclusion in the program will be dependent on registration confirmation (in order to meet printer deadlines etc.). |
| 3) | Please note that the Scientific Committee reserves the right to select and to finalize the entire program. |
