Overview
D-1. Support for large-scale omics data analysis
We offer support for omics data analysis, including sequencer, microarray, or mass spectrometry, using data primarily obtained from cohort studies, case-control studies, etc. Specific examples include filtering and imputation of DNA microarray data; analysis of next-generation sequencer data; and related analyses such as GWAS or gene-environment interaction analysis.
D-2. Support for medical big data analysis
We provide support for analysis of medical big data derived mainly from electronic medical records, cohort studies, and registries. Specific examples include exploring risk factors and evaluating the effects of treatment using data from electronic medical records, statements of medical expenses, long-term care requirement certification, etc.
