Registration fees must be paid in Japanese yen by credit card.

Credit cards accepted are Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Diners Club, and American Express. Please provide all necessary information (accountholder's name, account number and expiry date) as requested on the Online-Registration Form. Personal checks and bank transfer will not be accepted.

Hotel Reservations

The official two hotels are The Busena Terrace and Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa. You can make reservations and payment through on-line registration. For more details on the hotels, including room types and rates; please go to the accommodation page.

Just for your information:

The Busena Terrace is a five-minute walk from the Conference venue.

Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa is a 30-minute walk from the Conference venue.

The shuttle bus is available in the morning and after the sessions between the Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa and the Conference venue.

Registration Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be emailed or faxed to the conference secretariat and refund of registration fees will be as follows:

  • Refunds will be made when written notice of cancellation is received by the secretariat by February 29, 2016.
  • A cancellation charge of 30% of fees paid will be deducted to cover administrative costs prior to making the refund.
  • Refunds will not be made for cancellation requests received after March 1, 2016.
  • All refunds will be made after the Conference.
