Conference Information
Registration Desk (Welcome Desk) and PC Preview Desk
These desks are located in the front of the conference room at the Bankoku Shinryokan and are open during the following hours.

Note: Please bring your PC or PC data to the PC Preview Desk at least 30 minutes prior to your presentation to register and test the connection and view your file.
Name Badges
You are requested to come to the Registration Desk to pick up your conference kit within the above time frame. The name badge is mandatory for access to all sessions, social events and exhibitions during the conference.
Internet Access
Both free internet and Wi-Fi are available in the following hotels at any places:
- The Bankoku Shinryokan
- The Busena Terrace
- Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa
Complimentary Shuttle Bus Service
Run between Okinawa Marriott Resort & Spa, the Busena Terrace and the Bankoku Shinryokan for round trip at 15-30 minutes intervals.
