If you plan to use the Medical School parking lot, please obtain a parking service ticket at the registration desk.
- Free for the first 30 minutes
 - After 30 minutes, 100 yen with a service ticket

For Pre-registered Participants
- Collect your participant badge and program booklet at the registration desk.
 - Participants must wear their badge at all times in the venue. Entry without a badge is strictly prohibited.
 - If the registration fee has not been paid, please pay at the registration desk.
 
For On-site Registration
- Register and pay the registration fee in cash (exact change is appreciated).
 - After payment, you will receive your participant badge and program booklet.

            General (Members / Non-members): ¥2,000
            Students (Members / Non-members): Free (Please present student ID)
          
A receipt for the participation fee is attached to the name badge.

            Date & Time: Saturday, November 15, 19:00–21:00
            Venue:  "Kohakucho" Hall, 2F, ANA Crowne Plaza Hotel Yonago
            Fee: General ¥5,000 / Students ¥2,000
          
■ Cloakroom
No cloakroom will be available. Please keep your belongings with you at all times.
■ Internet Access
Wi-Fi: eduroam is available.
■ Prohibited Actions
- Photography, video, and audio recording are strictly prohibited.
 - Please refrain from posting presentation content on social media (e.g., X/Twitter).
 - Smoking is prohibited throughout the venue.
