5. About application for Young Investigator Award
You could apply if you meet the following conditions.

① You must be under 40-year-old as of April 1st, 2018.
② You must be the presenter and the first author of the abstract.
③ An applicant(s), who received any awards within three years including other conferences, needs to disclose them at the time of abstract submission.
When applying, specify your date of birth and current position (job title, states, course, grade etc).
