If you are an applicant for the YIA, you are expected to create a poster regardless of whether you are an oral presenter or not. Since there are two venues for the oral presentation, the YIA review is based on the poster.
The award ceremony will be hosted during the general meeting held between 15:00 and 16:00 on Saturday, June 30, 2018.
The applicants will be reviewed by the panl of judges, who are delegated in advance, and the winners of awards will be determined by their vote.
The post-conference party will be held in the "Fuyo" banquet hall located on the 3rd floor of the Hotel New Otani Hakata at 7:00 pm on Friday, June 29.
In order to join this post-conference party, advance registration at the annual meeting is required. No registration desk will be present in the banquet hall. The registration for the post-conference party must be completed at the venue for the annual meeting at the Fukuoka University Hospital, Medical Hall.
You will be asked to present your certificate of Conference Attendance at the banquet hall.
Please arrive at he banquet hall located in the Hotel New Otani Hakata by transport of your own choice. No transportation to the party venue will be provided by the conference organizer. Taking the subway from the Fukudai-mae station (N06 on the map) to Watanabe-dori station (N15 on the map) is highly recommended. It takes approximately 14 minutes and costs 260 yen for one adult. The venue is a one-minute walk-through the underpass from the Watanabe-dori subway station.
