*1 Graduate students (doctors) and undergraduate students are required to send a PDF file or an image file (JPG/PNG) of their student ID cards to the Congress Secretariat (E-mail: jsimd65@intergroup.co.jp) at the time of online registration. Undergraduate students are asked to register as a “students”.
*2 Healthcare professionals (except doctors) include nurses, midwives, public health nurses, and certified genetic counselors (graduate students expect doctors are required to register as undergraduate students).

- For payment, we accept only credit card payment (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club, Discover).
- In case you do not receive the “registration completion e-mail,” please contact the Congress Secretariat shown below.
*We do not accept registration via telephone, fax, or e-mail.
*Please note that no refunds will be made after fee payment. Please read the information thoroughly in advance before registration.
Furthermore, fees are not refundable even if the congress is not held due to an unavoidable reason such as a natural disaster.
*You can be assured that all information required for payment will be coded and sent to the credit payment center and will not be stored in our database.
Proof of participation and payment receipt
For persons who registered online in advance, a copy of the payment receipt is downloadable from the registration completion mail.We will notify download for the proof of participation after the congress.
