Request from the President

Please be sure to read the two items before registering your abstract.

• Regarding Duplicate Presentations at this Meeting
• Regarding Participation of Patient Association Members and Academic Presentations

Format of Presentation

Please indicate your preference for the format of the presentation (Oral or Poster) in your submission from.

IMPORTANT: Please note your request might not be met in some case.

Submission Guideline

1. Complete “Abstract Submission Form”.

Please make sure the following criteria are met when preparing the document.

• Format of Presentation: Oral or Poster
• Title: Maximum of 100 characters (approx. 16 words) including spaces.
• Abstract Text: Maximum of 1,500 characters (approx. 250 words) including spaces.
• Maximum No. of Authors: 10
• Maximum No. of Affiliation: 10
• Special characters, table, charts or graphs are not accepted.

2. Save the document under First Author's Name.

3. Submit the abstract to jsimd65@intergroup.co.jp

4. Please make sure to put Abstract Submission: First Author's Name in the subject line.

You will receive a confirmation email shortly after your submission.

If you do not receive any confirmation within 2 weeks, please contact jsimd65@intergroup.co.jp

Revising your abstract

• If you wish to make changes in your abstract after submitting the abstract, please send the revised abstract to jsimd65@intergroup.co.jp
• Please make sure to put Revised abstract: First author's Name in the subject line.
• We will not make any changes to your existing abstract on your behalf. We will simply replace it with the revised version.
• No revision will be accepted after August 5, 2024.

Notes

Abstracts are printed exactly as it is. The author(s) is responsible for making sure the abstract is correct and up to date.

Special characters, table, charts or graphs are not accepted.

Notice of Acceptance

Notification will be sent to you via email by middle of end of July 2024.
