*1 Graduate students (physicians) and undergraduate students must send a PDF or image file (JPG, PNG) of their student ID to the secretariat (jsimd65@intergroup.co.jp) during online registration.

*2 Includes nurses, midwives, public health nurses, certified genetic counselors, etc. (Non-physician graduate students and undergraduate students should register as "undergraduate students").

Please note that refunds are not available after payment. Ensure to confirm your registration in advance. Also, refunds are not possible if the conference cannot be held due to a disaster. Thank you for your understanding.

Receipts

Participants who register online will receive a link to their personal page in the confirmation email after payment, from which they can download their receipt.

Certificates of Participation

Please bring your QR code on the day of the event to scan at the designated terminal (QR reader). Participation certificates will be printed on-site.

Childcare Services

There will be no childcare services provided at the venue. Those requiring childcare are encouraged to use nearby facilities. Pre-registration is necessary, so please contact the secretariat via email. In your email subject, please indicate "Childcare Request." We will send you an application form.

A sponsored exhibition will be held alongside the conference, so please come and visit.

Important Notes

  • Please ensure that mobile phones and other devices are turned off or set to silent mode in the lecture hall.
  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording are strictly prohibited in the lecture hall.

Theft Warning

Please be cautious of theft. There have been reports of items being stolen at the conference venue. We kindly ask you to keep your valuable items with you at all times, even during presentations.

Calling Attention

There will be no calling attention within the venue. A message board for general inquiries will be set up near the reception area for your use. In case of an emergency, please report to the general reception (6th Floor Reception).
