Pre-registration is recommended to avoid possible congestion at the reception desk for on-site registration.

A. Pre-registration
[Member]
JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at pre-registration.
[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registers on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 75th Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.

B. On-site registration
Please make a payment at the reception desk on-site.
Participants will be handed a program and abstracts on-site.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Wednesday, September 7, 2016. (Refund will be made after the Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
