Pre-registration is recommended to avoid possible congestion at the reception desk for on-site registration. Pre-registration is available on this Website. We accept registration by Fax or mail by participants who do not have access to the Internet.

Pre-registration
JOS members should notify their membership ID numbers at pre-registration.
Dentistry staff members and graduate students are required to present ID cards whether they have pre-registered or register on site.
Dentistry staff members should submit certificates issued by their dentistry office or the JOS 4th International Congress/70th Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of their dentistry office.
On-line registration
- Click the "On-line registration form" button on the bottom left of this page. Fill out all necessary fields and press the submit button. A confirmation email will be sent automatically to the email address you have entered. Contact the Secretariat (kyosei@jecs.org) by email if you fail to receive one.
- Payment can be made either by credit card or by postal transfer.
* Contact the Congress/Meeting Secretariat and ask for an application form if you wish to pre-register in writing.

For pre-registration, payment/transfer should be completed by Friday, 19 August. All registrations received past this date will be treated as on-site registration.
On-site registration
Please make a payment at the reception desk on-site. JOS non-members will be handed a program and abstracts on-site. JOS members will receive a program and abstracts in advance by mail.
[2] Commemorative Party "JAPAN NIGHT"
Pre-registration for the Commemorative Party is available. A down-to-earth banquet suitable for gatherings of university lab/department alumni.

If you have registered on-line:
Click the "Change/cancellation" button on the bottom right of this page and notify the Secretariat by email.
If you have registered in writing:
Contact the Congress/Meeting Secretariat in writing [by Fax or mail]. Cancellation will be effective on the day the Secretariat receives the notification.
A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Friday, 19 August. (Refund will be made after the Congress/Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
The registrant is requested to bear commission fees for remittances accompanying refunds. A corresponding amount will be subtracted from the value of refunds.
