About JAPANESE SOCIETY OF CLINICAL NEUROPHYSIOLOGY
In 1971, Japanese Society for Electroencephalography and Japanese Society for Electromyography joined together to found Japanese Society of Electroencephalography and Electromyography. In 2000, the society changed its name as Japanese Society of Clinical Neurophysiology.
The number of society members is approximately 3,000, and it has increased gradually. The society members belong to various fields such as neurology, psychiatry, rehabilitation medicine, pediatrics, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, otorhinolaryngology, physiology, neuroscience, medical engineering, sports medicine, literature, linguistics, psychology, developmental science, and so on.
The official journal is Rinsho Shinkeiseirigaku (Japanese Journal of Clinical Neurophysiology) that is published bimonthly.
