VISA information
All visitors to Japan are required to have a valid passport.
Nationals of many countries are able to enter Japan without a visa. However, some nationals of certain countries may be required to obtain a visa. If you are not certain whether you need a visa, please consult with local Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your region, or visit the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan.

*Please note that the congress organizers will not provide certain documents listed on the website of the Embassy of Japan—such as a Letter of Reason for Invitation, Letter of Guarantee, Schedule of Stay, or Company/Inviter’s Certificate—except for invited chairs/speakers and accepted oral or poster presenters.
For participants who are not presenting, an Invitation Letter from the congress organizers can only be issued after registration and full payment have been completed.
