*1 For early registration, payment of the participation fee or reception fee must be confirmed within the registration period. Please note that only late registration will be accepted if the deadline of early payment is missed.
*2 Registration for the reception may be closed early, so please register as soon as possible.
*3 Undergraduate students are required to make payment for reception during the early registration period and present their student ID card at the registration desk to receive a name card on the day of participation.

Step 1: How to register your participation and reception application
  • Please click on the button below to go to the entry form and enter your email address, name, institution and contact details, and select your participation category and payment method.

    Step 2: How to pay participation and reception fees
  • Depending on the payment method selected, the office of the 49th meeting of the Japanese Society for Lymphology will send you an email with a credit card payment link or a bank account to transfer to and the payment deadline.
  • Complete the payment by the due date according to the email received.
  • Be sure to keep a copy (e.g. payment completion email).

    • *If you are unable to complete payment using your chosen payment method, please contact the office of the 49th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Lymphology (jsl49niigata@gmail.com).



    Step 3: How to receive a name card (participation certificate and receipt)
  • Name cards will be handed out at the registration desk when you arrive.

    • Please make sure you stop by the reception desk even if you are pre-registered participants.
