This conference is also open to non-members.

Online registration is the only way to register for this conference. If you come to the registration desk at the on-site venue, you will be asked to register on the spot using the same registration system.

Online registration payment is by credit card only; VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, and Diners Club are accepted. Cash will not be accepted.

To reduce congestion, please register in advance on the website.

After completing registration, you will receive a registration confirmation email with QR code.

You can log in to “My page” URL for modifying personal information or downloading a receipt as well.

QR code is require to print out your name card to use at the event. Printing is available at the on-site venue.

Conference Format

This congress will be held hybrid format (on-site and live streaming by zoom).

As a general rule, Chairpersons and speakers are requested to participate on-site.

*Free genetic testing (wine preference and genetic susceptibility study, non-invasive) will be provided by the sponsor company to those who wish to participate.

Certificate of Participation, Name Card and Receipt

Upon registration, you will receive an email confirming your registration status. Within, there will be a URL where you may download and print your Certificate of Participation and a registration receipt.

Cancellation Policy

In principle, cancellations will not be accepted after registration completion. Please note that no refunds of registration fees will not be accepted due to double registrations or other personal reasons.

If the Receptions are cancelled due to infectious diseases or other reasons, fees for the reception paid in advance will be refunded.
