Students and Staffs need to show ID for registration.
Pre-registration is for JOS members and Presenters, only.

A) Early registration
  How to register:
Complete the attached application form and e-mail or fax it to the Secretariat.
Early registration is closed in July 23

Please pay the above-mentioned registration fees at the on-site reception desk. Program and abstracts will be distributed only to those who are not members of the Japanese Orthodontic Society.

C) Banquet

Please pay the fee at your registration for the JOS meeting.
D) Cancellation
Refunds will be made in full after the meeting for cancellations received in writing by July 23, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after this date.
As all refunds will be made by bank transfer, provide appropriate bank information (name of the bank, account name, account number, and address and phone number of the bank) on the cancellation notice. Bear in mind that bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
