Early-Registration is now closed.

*After this date, registrations can be made only on-site.

• All participants are required to complete registration and pay the registration fee.
• Participants are eligible to take advantage of early registration discounts by completing online registration until March 31 (Sat), 2018 (Japan Standard Time (GMT+9)).
• Prior to the meeting, you will receive registration confirmation by email. Please bring the copy of your confirmation email to the registration desk onsite.

*Residents/Fellows/Medical Staff must submit an official certificate or letter in English issued by university or affiliation, in conjunction with their registration, which confirms their status. Documentation must be e-mailed to the Secretariat: ips-jps2018@congre.co.jp.
For On-site Registrants: Please bring and submit your certificate / letter at On-site Registration desk.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made in writing and received by the secretariat before March 31, 2018 (JST) will be eligible for a 70% refund. Cancellations received after the date will NOT be eligible for refund.

Visa Supporting Documents

In addition to a valid passport, some foreign nationals are required to obtain a visa, issued by the Japanese Embassy or Consulate in your country, to enter Japan.
