REGISTRATION & HOTEL APPLICATION

  • All participants are requested to register in the Conference.  The abstract application is also recommended.
  • Advance registration at a special rate is available until Friday, May 31, 2015.
  • To apply for the hotel reservation, please complete the registration in the Conference.  Note that hotel reservation can be provided only for the registrants on first-come-first-served basis.  Registration is completed by confirming the remittance of the registration fee.

**  To qualify for these rates, written certification confirming must be provided by the registrant’s Head of Department or equivalent.

*** Only registrants can join the courses.  We accept 30 participants for the English course; 20 participants for the Japanese course on the first-come-first-served basis.

Registration in the Congress includes:

  • Admission to the get-together reception (July 17), all scientific programs including the jointly hosted 37th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society of Respiratory Care Medicine (JSRCM37; July 17-18) and the Commercial Exhibition
  • Books of abstracts both of APELSO2015 and JSRCM37
  • Admission to all luncheon seminars

Registration for the Conference should be proceeded only ONLINE.

Cancellation Policy:

Registration fee cannot be refunded..

Hotel Application

Registrants can apply the hotel reservation.  Hotel reservation is provided on the first-come-first-served basis.
