Pre-registration is recommended to avoid possible congestion at the reception desk for on-site registration. We accept registration by Fax or E-mail.

Pre-registration
[Member]
JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at pre-registration.
[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registeres on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 73rd Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.
Please upload it on the registration site or send it by a fax.

Participants will be handed a program and abstracts on-site.

Refund will be issued in case of cancellation before Augusr 21, 2014.( Refund will be issued after the congress)
A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Thursday, August 21, 2014. (Refund will be made after the Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
