Submission Period
Abstract submission deadline: until 14th March, 2025
General Guidelines for Submission
- Abstracts must be original and must not be or have been published or presented at any other meeting prior to ASGO 2025.
- Abstracts must be submitted online via the website and indicate whether the abstract is for Oral, Poster, Surgical Video Presentation, and Young Doctor Session.
Authors who do not wish to be considered for oral presentation are requested to indicate this when submitting.
However, please note, that the Scientific Committee will make the final decision for the type of presentation. - Only the first author can submit an abstract.
- Authors of accepted abstracts must register ASGO 2025.
- Abstracts must be submitted by the specified deadline. Abstracts submitted after the deadline will not be considered.
- Ethical considerations: Provide information on ethical committee approval and informed consent types for clinical research. The names and initials of patients or volunteers should not be used.
- Selected abstracts will be published in the congress book.

Abstracts Format
- The title is limited to 25 words
- a.First letter should be capitalized.
- b.Do not capitalize article words such as "a", "the", "and", & "of " unless the article is the first word of the title.
- All abstracts must contain the following information: Introduction, Materials&Methods, Results and Conclusion/Implications.
- Abstracts should be no more than 400words. Tables or figures are not allowed.
- All abstracts must be submitted and presented in English (American usage only).
- In terms of writing numbers and decimals, use decimal points(.) not commas(,).
- Do not use abbreviations in the title of the abstract.
Abstract Acceptance
- The Scientific Committee of ASGO 2025 reserves the rights to make the final decision of presentation categories and acceptance/rejection of abstract.
- Confirmation of acceptance will be notified by email during May 2025.
