Pre-registration is recommended to avoid possible congestion at the reception desk for on-site registration.

A. Pre-registration
[Member]
JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at pre-registration.
[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registers on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 76th Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.
Please upload it on the registration site or send it by a fax.

B. On-site registration
Please make a payment at the reception desk on-site.
Participants will be handed a program and abstracts on-site.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Thursday, August 17,2017. (Refund will be made after the Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
