Ａ．Pre-registration

JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at pre-registration.
[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registers on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 74th Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.
