Purpose of the course Empower the next generation of Leaders by fast-tracking awareness of contemporary societal and business issues and leading-edge scientific discovery trends. Hear first hand the personal perspectives from proven leaders in the scientific, academic and public / private sectors
Class format Lecture sessions will reflect two distinct learning experiences to focus on Innovation Leadership:
 A. Nature of Leadership: personal viewpoints
 B. Skill-set
These sessions reflect the increasing leadership need for an awareness of team; multi-disciplinary and collaborative approaches to co-create
Class schedule Every Friday at the 6th period, starting in September and finishing on December 18th. A total of 13 lectures is planned.
There will be an introduction at the first lecture.
Two lectures will be allocated for a case study in groups. A case study is documented study of a real-world situation.
Textbooks and reference books No specific pre-reading for most sessions
Grading criteria Based on attendance, short essay (every class), participation to discussion, and one final report
