All participants must register on this website for quick and accurate registration.
Registration period is from November 20th (Tue) 12:00 noon until December 20th (Thu) 12:00 noon, 2018 January 3rd (Thu), 2019 January 10th (Thu), 2019.

Registration Fee

Forum Fee (February 22nd-23rd) (including Forum Dinner on 22nd) USD 120

  1. The secretariat will make hotel reservations (February 21st and 22nd) for all participants in this forum. Accommodation details will be announced from the secretariat at a later date
  2. The Forum will not provide the traffic expense for all participants including session chairs and speakers.
  3. You can use the free shuttle bus to and from Shizuoka station and the venue

 
After completing the input and sending your registration pages of the homepage, we will send you a confirmation to your registered e-mail address from the secretariat within 3 days. In the e-mail, participation conditions such as registered contents and payment amount are written.

Call for abstracts

Registration for oral and poster case presentation

Abstract Submission has closed.
 
This forum will offer oral and poster case presentation sessions. The Major purpose of this session is to encourage young doctors to present at international forums. For registration for participation, the registration period from the website is from November 20th to December 20th, 2018 January 3rd (Thu), 2019 January 10th (Thu), 2019.
 

Those who wish to make oral/poster presentation should;

  1. After full in all personal information in the registration screen, enter Registration for oral and poster presentation.
  2. Fill in the title of the presentation (152 characters including spaces and punctuation marks), place a check mark for the abstract registration on the registration screen
  3. After completing the input and sending, you will receive an abstract form to your registered e-mail address from the secretariat within 3 days.
  4. Abstract body should be within 1,600 characters (including spaces and punctuation marks) and the abstract submission deadline is December 22nd, 2018 January 5th (Sat), 2019 January 10th (Thu), 2019.
  5. If 4 days have passed after your registration and the confirmation e-mail still not arrived, please contact the secretariat: mtfujinetwork@gmail.com
  6. Please note your presentation style (oral or poster) and your presentation date and time will be decided by the president of the forum and the secretariat will inform you by email by January 10th. In case you have not received the e-mail by January 10, please contact the secretariat by e-mail.

On the evening of February 22nd, on the evening of February 22, we are planning a new special event; “IYH!! (Introduce Your Hospital!!)” (by nurses? doctors? other persons? or all attendants together?).
