Pre-registration(Early Registration) is recommended to avoid possible congestion at the reception desk for Late Registration.

A. Pre-registration(Early Registration)
[Member]
JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at Pre-registration(Early Registration).
[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registers on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 80th Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.

B. Late Registration
Please make a payment at the reception desk on-site.
Participants will be handed a program and abstracts on-site.

[Cancellation]
Click " Registration" on the above button and login by your email and password you registered. Please change from the " Confirm/ Change" button.
A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Friday, October 1, 2021. (Refund will be made after the Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
