Participation Application Form

Japan Society of Hysteroscopy has been offering a hands-on hysteroscopy seminar since 2018. You can learn about almost all the instruments available for clinical use in Japan, and take your time to learn how to use each instrument in one-on-one lessons. English is also available, so please feel free to join us.

The registration fee is JPY5,000 to attend this hands-on session. Please be prepared to pay in Japanese yen cash.

There will be 5 participants, so please make reservations in advance. The first 5 people to register and pay on the day of the event will be the first to attend.

This registration page is intended for participants from overseas only. For participants from Japan, please visit the website of the Japanese Society of Hysteroscopy, and please refer to the application guidelines for the registration for members (2,000 yen)/non-members (8,000 yen).
