REGISTRATION
General Participation: This conference is also open to non-members. Non-members of the Japan Society of Gene and Cell Therapy (JSGCT) are welcome to participate.
Payment Method: Payments are strictly limited to credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMEX, Diners Club). Cash payments will not be accepted.
Registration Method: Registration is available online only. Even if you register at the venue, you will be required to use the online registration system. To reduce congestion at the venue, please complete your registration in advance via the official meeting website.
Certificates and Receipts: "Certificate of Participation" and "Receipt" can be downloaded from the "My Page" URL provided in the registration confirmation email after payment is complete.
A QR code is required at the venue to print your name card.
Meeting Format:
The meeting will be held in-person only.
There are no plans for live streaming or post-event on-demand distribution.

Cancellation Policy:
In principle, cancellations will not be accepted after registration completion. Please note that no refunds of registration fees will not be accepted due to double registrations or other personal reasons.
If the Receptions are cancelled due to infectious diseases or other reasons, fees for the reception paid in advance will be refunded.
