A. Pre-registration (Early Registration)

[Member]
JOS member should notify his/her membership ID number at pre-registration.

[Staff and Graduate student]
Graduate student is required to submit a copy of ID card whether he/she has pre-registered or registers on site.
Dentistry staff member is required to submit a certificate issued by his/her dentistry office or the JOS 81h Annual Meeting form (download from here) signed by the head of his/her dentistry office.

B. Late Registration

C. On-site registration

On-site registration on the day is available.

[Cancellation]
Click " Registration" on the above button and login by your email and password you registered. Please change from the " Confirm/ Change" button.

A full refund will be given for cancellations made by Thursday, August 18,2022. (Refund will be made after the Meeting.) No refund will be available for cancellations made past this date.
