Visa support documents
Please carefully review the following requirements and procedures. To request visa support documents via "My Page," applicants must satisfy all of the conditions below:
Requirements
- Completed Online Registration :You must have finished the registration process for IFPA 2026.
- Document Uploads :A copy of your passport and a reference letter from your organization are required.
- Login Credentials :To access My Page, please use the ID and Password provided in your registration confirmation email.
- Note :Visa support requests will not be accepted if any of the above requirements are not met.
Important Notices
- Since the visa process can be time-consuming, we strongly recommend contacting the Japanese Embassy or Consulate-General in your region as early as possible to confirm the specific procedures and required documents.
- Please be advised that the issuance of support documents does not guarantee entry into Japan. The visa application process is the sole responsibility of the applicant. IFPA 2026 holds no responsibility for visa denials or any resulting costs, including non-refundable airfare or hotel cancellations.
- The deadline for visa support requests is June 30, 2026.
