Fatsia automatically generates templates for MCMC scripts in the Stan language. The MCMC model template is selected by the user from the menu. Fatsia is a macro execution tool which writes a script on the R screen and let R-Stan perform MCMC with a simple operation. The template can be executed unmodified, and the user can edit the template on the edit screen to make it a new MCMC model.
