The congress venue faces on Tokyo Bay and is situated in Odaiba where is a beautiful coast area. Odaiba is a new district of Tokyo designed in the height of '80s babble economy on an island of reclaimed land in Tokyo Bay. The island is connected to one of the nineteenth century gun emplacements or "daiba", that were built to protect old Edo from invasion. By the time the magnificent new Rainbow Bridge opened in 1993, connecting Odaiba to the city.

We hope that you will complete your abstract paper with carefully reading instructions because of being some differences in making preparations for between Plenary and Keynote Speaker/Symposist and Oral or Poster Presentations.
Please send an abstract form or a photocopied form to Secretariat office of 5th WCOI.
And also we will inform you that a deadline will be December 31st. 2000.
