How to reserve
Please make a reservation through the secure On-line Registration System of Web site. The Registration System provide the details of hotel information, rate, condition, etc.

We have two another systems, "Abstract Submission System" and "Registration System".
Please note that each ID number and password must be different.
Methods of payment
All payments must be made in Japanese yen (JPY). Payments are accepted only through the following credit cards:

Cancellation and refund policy
All Cancellation and Revise of reservation should be notified by logging-in to your Personal Page at the secure On-line Registration System of Web site.
