Program Notes for International Session |
|
1. Information for Presentation |
1) Please prepare your slides and lecture in English. |
2) May I ask you to bring your own laptop computer for your
talk to avoid troubles with animation or movies? |
3) On the day of your session please come to the ‘preview desk’
located in front of your session room well in advance of the start time of
the session to check your presentation slides are properly projected. Just in
case it would not work we prepare a standard Windows PC for the backup. For
this use please bring your relevant presentation file(s) (only a PowerPoint
format is accepted) in a USB memory or in a CD-R. |
4) After the previewing please do not turn off your computer,
and hand it to the PC operator in the session room. |
5) Only the standard D-sub (15 pins) connecter is available on
site for connecting your computer to the LC-projector. If your computer is
not equipped with this standard connecter, please bring an adequate
conversion-plug with you. |
6) Please bring an AC adaptor for your computer to avoid the
battery discharge. 100 V (50 Hz) power source is available on site. |
7) During your talk please check a desk-light for time keeping.
Green light shows that you have only one minute to the end of your talk.
Please stop your talk when the red light is turned on. |
