Cancellation of registration must be received in writing by Secretariat by the dates specified below. Refunds are applicable as follows:

On or before February 28, 2002:
Full refund of registration fees (minus bank handling charges)
March 1, 2002 - March 31, 2002:
50% refunds of registration fees (minus bank handling charges)
On or after April 1, 2002:
