1. Registration & Hotel Reservation

Every presenter is requested to pre-register for the meeting. If you have not registered, please complete and send the Registration Form to the Secretariat Office at your earliest convenience.

If you have not made a hotel reservation, please send the Application Form to JTB Corp. as soon as possible.

 

2. Poster Board

A special poster board as illustrated below will be provided for each author.

Posters can be displayed on the board using only pushpins. No tape or glue can be used. Pins, scissors, etc. will be available at the Poster Session room.

PRESENTATION

Each author is responsible for setting up and removing his/her poster according to the following schedule:

Removing	Tuesday, May 14 09:00-11:00	Wednesday, May 15 09:00-12:00

Please note that authors should be available to discuss their posters from 19:00 to 20:00 (odd numbers) and from 20:00 to 21:00 (even numbers).

The Secretariat will not assume responsibility for possible loss of posters left on the board after the above removing time.
