CONFIRMATION OF PRE-REGISTRATION
A letter of confirmation will be sent by airmail to each registrant after October 1, 2001. This letter must be presented at the Registration Desk on site.

ONSITE REGISTRATION
An onsite Registration Desk will be in operation at the Conference venue. We strongly recommend, however, that participants take advantage of the pre-registration process. This will greatly facilitate registration procedures onsite for all participants.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
In the case of a cancellation, the Registration Secretariat must be notified in writing. An administrative charge of 6,000 JPY will apply to all cancellations made before September 10, 2001. No refunds will be made on cancellations after this date.
